U-Pull-It Buys Cars Advert – £50 incentive T&C’s
From time to time U-Pull-It may advertise promotional incentives in its marketing materials (including but not limited to local newspaper advertisements). Where such advertisement states “QUOTE ‘UPI50’ to receive £50”, the following conditions shall apply:
(a) The offer is available only to persons selling a vehicle directly to U-Pull-It who quote the promotional code “UPI50” at the time of agreeing the sale of their vehicle.
(b) The £50 incentive shall be paid in addition to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle and only once the vehicle has been accepted by U-Pull-It and ownership has transferred.
(c) Only one promotional payment may be claimed per vehicle transaction.
(d) U-Pull-It reserves the right to refuse the incentive where the vehicle is not accepted for purchase or where the promotional code has not been quoted prior to agreeing the sale.
(e) U-Pull-It reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without notice.
