Membership Terms

U-Pull-It Membership Terms

1. Membership is open to all individuals aged 18 or over and of suitable capacity to enter into legal contracts
2. We reserve the right to deny membership to and/or exclude from our premises or Website, any individual in our absolute discretion
3. We reserve the right to suspend, revoke or amend your membership in our absolute discretion
4. Any membership fee paid is non-refundable and also non-transferrable to any other person/member account
5. If you wish to become a member you must (a) complete our registration form (b) pay a non-refundable registration fee and (c) supply one form of picture identification and, confirmation of address, if requested
6. Your membership must be renewed annually by paying our non-refundable, non-transferrable annual membership fee and providing any information regarding changes to your details
7. We reserve the right to increase our registration, administration and/or annual membership fees at any time without notice, though we will place such information on our Website and/or at our sites
8. Subject to your application for initial membership and/or renewal being successful and subject to us not suspending or revoking such membership, your membership shall be due for renewal on the anniversary date of Your enrolment
9. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the membership program, its benefits, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Membership benefits are exclusively for individual members and cannot be shared or transferred to another person
11. Members are responsible for keeping their membership information up to date and notifying us of any changes

Discounts

1. The 10% discount is applicable only on parts that the member personally pulls from our yards and cannot be applied to pre-pulled parts, engines, or any other pre-assembled components
2. The membership discount is exclusively available for Consumers (as defined in the Terms and Conditions https://u-pull-it.co.uk/information/terms-conditions) and cannot be used by trade or bulk buyers
3. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
4. The membership discount applies to the regular price of the parts and does not include taxes or any additional fees.
5. Members must present their valid membership card or provide their membership number at the time of purchase to avail themselves of the discount.

Entry to site

1. To enjoy free entry to our yards, members must present their valid membership card at the entrance.  If a valid membership card is not presented, you (and your guest(s)) will need to pay the standard entrance fee
2. Unless prohibited by law, you may have one guest (aged 18 or older) to accompany you on site
