Can't recommend U-Pull-It enough.  they have been amazing. I had some parts I needed for my car called them up and paid. They explained I would get a call the next day once everything was gathered and ready for collection which I did. I then received and part that was damaged and spoke to a gentleman names Ian who couldn't be more helpful. He sourced another part and went above and beyond. Ian really is a credit to you guys. I also spoke to Stuart when ordering parts and he is also very friendly and couldnt be more accomdating. Two great guys. I hope not  to have to spend anymore money on my car but I will and I will be back.

We have been stripping cars at York and Inverkeithing sites for the past 6 years. The staff members are always on point and professional in assisting customers as well as very friendly and helpful especially in recent months where both sites received makeovers due to COVID-19 government recommendations. The sites are always well stocked, clean and clearly marked with signs. It is a big pleasure to cooperate with U-Pull-It company from Edinburgh. For last few years we have been buying car parts from them and we were never disapointed. The staff members are always helpful and kind. At our request they put the container to store the car parts. The menager takes a goodcare to make sure that the order is completed and arrives to us on time. Due to the covid19 pandemic we are not able to be present during the truck loading that's why the menager kindly delegates a person who helps with the loading. Great thanks to supervisior Gillian who takes care of our stuff as well as helps whenever there are any office matters. Also big thanks to Denis who like nobody elsa knows everything about cars.

What a fantastic service! I called up looking for a canopy for my pick up and was told when was best to come in and take a look. When I arrived the staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more useful. I got my pick of canopies and a very good good price. Short of unbolting it and fitting it to my truck, the yard staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The nice ladies in the office were also very friendly and helpful. I’ll bear U-Pull-It in mind for future parts!

Went to Inverkeithing branch today in a panic as my daughters alloy had split and she had no spare wheel. Absolutely fantastic service provided by everybody at the branch today, took the time to help us hunt then took our number and called us within half an hour to say they’d found a wheel that would fit, brilliant! Cannot fault them at all!
