Welcome to U-Pull-It Edinburgh

If you are looking for a car breakers yard in Scotland, our 15 acre Edinburgh site is conveniently located on Belleknowes Industrial Estate in Inverkeithing, just four miles away from Dunfermline and 14 miles from Edinburgh. It is 23 miles from Falkirk and 30 miles south of Perth, and its convenient location means it is also accessible from Glasgow, Dundee and East Lothian. Services

Breaker Parts

For an admission fee of just £5 you can come to our locations and browse vehicles which are now available for Breaker Parts. When you find a vehicle that has the part you need, simply remove the part yourself with your own tools.

Simply pay for it at our service counter, or continue browsing our easily accessible stock.

Retail Zone - Pre-Pulled Parts

In the Retail Zone, the hard work is done for you. We have a range of pre-pulled parts for you to browse at your leisure. Anything from alloys, batteries, headlights and more is at your fingertips, ready to go. New stock is added weekly, so they are on a first come, first serve basis.

Car Breakers | U-Pull-It

Car Breakers/Whole Cars Service

Our Car Breakers Service is ideal if you need to take several different parts from the same vehicle. Search our website or visit one of our locations to find the vehicle you need and contact us to purchase the right to remove parts from the vehicle you choose (excluding the frame and catalytic converter).

Once booked, you will have a seven-hour period when you can come to our site and remove all the parts you need yourself.

Bid and Breaker Service

The UPI Bid & Breaker Service gives you access to a large selection of whole cars to pick parts from through Copart’s auctions, including CAT B vehicles without needing a licence. UPI will bid for your vehicle of choice on your behalf, and once paid for, you can break them for parts at either our UPI York or UPI Inverkeithing yards. We will then dispose of the bodyshell and issue the Certificate of Destruction on your behalf.

Sell Your Vehicle To Us

We buy all kinds of vehicles including cars, vans and motorbikes. Simply bring your vehicle to our location where we will determine its value and pay you immediately – even if your vehicle is damaged.

Drive Away Vehicles

If you’re looking for a new project try searching our site for Drive Away Vehicles. These vehicles are not put through the Bid and Breaker Service or the Breaker Parts process, and you can purchase them in person at one of our locations, at bargain prices.

Buying a Drive Away Vehicle enables you to move your purchase to your own location so that you can work on it at your convenience. We have a wide range of cars, vans, motorcycles and other vehicles for you to choose from, with new vehicles arriving daily to both sites.

Drive Away Vehicles are sold as seen and are subject to our terms and conditions.

Example 1: You checked the increment bid box and bid £ 15,000. Live auction bid is currently at £ 15,000 (a tie with your bid – unfortunately, it happens). Your internet bid is placed next at £ 15,100 (because you checked the increment bid box). The car sells to you at no more than £ 15,100 or to live auction bidder for £ 15,200 or more.
